AIRA ROBOTICS is a company which is located in the Industrial Estate of Cardona (Barcelona). It is mainly dedicated to the design and construction of robotic cells for the meat sector. Its concept is based on more than 20 years of research, development and innovation in engineering of automated processing. Its design allows to install multiple AIRA robots along the main line, from the beginning of the dressing line until the work in the deboning plant. Moreover, they can operate in any type of slaughter lines (new or existing). All the products are previously analysed by acquisition systems, scanning the profile of the carcass surface through the use of high resolution 3D readers and an own evaluation software to obtain great results.
