Barcelonesa is an independent family-owned multinational holding company that brings together companies highly specialised in the development, distribution, formulation, technology and logistics of chemical products for all industrial sectors, as well as ingredients and specific solutions for the food sector. Services to our clients range from blending & formulating, custom & toll manufacturing, contract manufacturing, labeling, drumming and packaging development to those related to technical assistance, environmental assistance VMI (Telemetry), agency services or bond warehousing for third parties. Assets include warehouses with palletized storage capacity of 70,000 m2 (56,000 pallets) located in southwest Europe and Northern Africa, as well as sea tanks for distribution (10.000 m3) and trucks for distribution. Barcelona also offers full service in logistics and specialized warehousing for dangerous goods and transportation. The company has two business units. Barcelonesa Chemicals includes a comprehensive service for production, distribution and trading of chemical products in all sectors of activity, from basic and speciality chemicals to customised formulations. Barcelonesa Nutrition & Health embraces a comprehensive service for distribution, blending and technical advice on raw materials, additives and ingredients, together with design and manufacture of specialities for human and animal nutrition and agrochemicals.
