The vineyards are cultivated in an environmentally friendly way that is compatible with the incorporation of advanced technology and with winemaking. The cooperative also produces olive oil. It also provides wine-tourism experiences at its winery and vineyards.

Capçanes (Tarragona)

Celler de Capçanes is a family-owned company located in the Montsant hills. It has a long history of winemaking and produces powerful, complex yet elegant wines from indigenous varieties, old vines and rich soil. It bottles and sells its wines and olive oil on the wholesale market. It is the only winery in Catalonia that produces Kosher wines and it provides wine-tourism experiences at its winery and vineyards.

Mollet de Peralada (Girona)

La Vinyeta is an organic winery that began in 2002 when Josep and Marta bought two vineyards. The wine production started in 2006. La Vinyeta has recovered the model of traditional farming. Vines coexist with livestock. Chickens feed on leftover grapes, sheep graze in the vineyards and bees boost biodiversity. Honey, eggs, olive oil and cheese complement the wine production. In La Vinyeta you can also enjoy a wine tasting complemented by breakfast or picnic. They also have a small hotel.

The founding aims of this cooperative movement were to bring together the farmers' individual efforts to concentrate the offer and provide a service to its members.
